After completing her Masters in International Business from the University Of Wollongong, Tara worked for 2 years as Operations Specialist at a Stem Cell Bank and 4 years as Operations Manager for a Hospitality group in the Middle East. During this time, she also pursued her passion for agile methodology and became a Certified Scrum Master and is currently pursuing Six Sigma.
